Born right here in the Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge Snow was created by Sevier County local Matt Ayers and his family with one goal: to bring year-round joy to the town they proudly call home. Matt grew up riding go-karts, playing putt-putt, and dreaming of building something special in the place that shaped him. Today, that dream lives on as America’s first indoor snow park, giving families a place to laugh, play, and make memories, no matter the weather.
Inside, it’s always a perfect 60–70 degrees, with real snow made fresh each day from 100% pure water and zero chemicals. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, you’re part of our snow-day family the moment you step inside.

is it real snow?
Yes, it’s real snow! Made from 100% pure water with no chemicals added; just like nature’s snow, only made by our machines.
what should i wear?
A light jacket is ideal, but everyday clothes work great. Any shoes are fine, though flip-flops aren’t recommended.
is it cold inside?
No, because of our snow-making technology, we can keep the temperature in the building set to 65-70 degrees.
Can parents watch for free?
Yes! Parents and spectators can enjoy the Overlook Lounge and viewing areas at no cost.
Do I need to buy tickets
in advance?
We recommend purchasing tickets online to secure your spot, especially during weekends and holidays. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability is not guaranteed.
What are the age and height requirements?
You must be at least 38 inches and three years old for the tubing. Everyone can use our SnowPlay area regardless of age or height.
What are your hours
