To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, we have set criteria for riders to abide by and enjoy the snow tubing experience with us.
The minimum height of the riders should be 38 inches (96.5 cm)
Riders should not weigh more than 375 lbs (170 kg)
Riders should sit securely in the center of the tube
All riders are suggested to complete a waiver before participating
Visitors who are pregnant or have serious medical conditions should not opt for the activity.
Requests to Visitors
For the safety and well-being of all guests, please adhere to the following instructions:
No personal snow tubes or sleds allowed. We provide each rider with special tubes that are fast, safe, and comfortable
One person per tube; no tandem riding or linking of tubes
No spinning, flipping, or intentional bumping of tubes
No standing, kneeling, or lying face-down on the tubes
No carrying loose items (phones, cameras, etc.) while tubing; secure pockets or leave items with a non-rider
No food, drinks, or chewing gum allowed on the tubing lanes
No smoking or vaping within the facility
Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate
Riders must follow all instructions given by Pigeon Forge Snow staff
