We can’t wait to see you this holiday season. Here are some important facts to keep in mind for your visit….

• Tickets are ONLY available IN PERSON during this time - We do not sell ANY online tickets.

• We do NOT do reservations. You do NOT have to buy tickets in advance. You can come any day/time you would like to tube and buy a ticket at the door.

• We are open EVERY day - including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve/Day.

• We are open from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm every day. We sell our last ticket for the evening at 9:15 pm.

• We NEVER sell out of tickets. You will never be denied entry. When we are extremely busy, we will stop selling more tickets for 10-20 minutes at a time to give existing tubers time to exit the hill and free up space for new tubers.

• Pro Tip #1 - The best time to come with the least amount of crowds is usually 15 minutes before we open, or after 4:00 pm.

• Pro Tip #2 - Everyone participating must have a waiver (link) completed. Filling out the waivers before you come saves everyone A LOT of time. Once your waiver is complete, it will email you a barcode. It isn’t required, but having the barcode for the ticketing window to scan helps speed up the process.

• Pro Tip #3 - You can see if we are currently experience a wait time by looking at the waitlist timer on our homepage. It will almost always be at 0, meaning no wait time!
