“What a great find in Pigeon Forge! With temps outside at 95, a break from the heat was just what we needed. My kids are 5 and 36 (my husband), and they could not have had more fun.
The folks who work here are an absolute joy, and I could tell they just wanted to make the kids have a great time. We were skeptical going in, but wow! I bought a single ride for myself, and my family went as much as they could in 30 minutes. Definitely worth the price of admission. (Forget $16 for laser tag!)
I honestly think my little guy could have spent the entire day here. We are talking about going again and skipping the cave tour just for the smiles. Thanks to everyone who was working! You guys rock!”

“A lot of fun. Sessions last an hr which is the perfect time if you are both riding or just watching. No need to dress for the occasion either. It’s temperature controlled and there is a nice watching deck area if you choose not to participate in the tubing.“

“WHAT A BLAST! We were a group of six on a slow day. We went on a Wednesday during school hours. We had a 3 yr old, 7 yr old, and a 15 yr. Plus, 2 Moms and a Mimi. The 7 year old was too big for the small tube and almost too little for the big. The young man working the top where you go down came over every time he got off the conveyor and carried his tube for him! All the employees were super nice. He went above and beyond. Our 7 year old said he wished he could live there! I’m the Mimi, I made it down about 5 times and that was enough for me! It was a lot of fun. We didn’t do snow play.“

“We brought our grandkids ages 6 and 9 and they LOVED IT!!! We all did the tubing and they couldn’t get enough of it! They did play in the snow area and did enjoy it but it was really icy so not a whole lot to do in the area. They also have massage chairs there that if you just wanted to let the kids play and you wanted to relax you have the option. We didn’t personally try them but did see some people trying them out. We would definitely recommend going!“

“If you’re looking for a great family adventure no matter the weather outside, check out Pigeon Forge Snow! This is an in door slide adventure with slides in a tube at breakneck speeds. My first time down, I held my phone to capture the ride. Before I knew it I was hurling down the slide with my phone flying out of my hand and me laughing my butt off with great glee. Seriously, you pay a small fee for an hour of tube time. If going down the tube slide isn’t your thing, there is a play area with snow that the kids can play in as well. There is a huge selection of junk food, candy and anything to keep you or your kiddos at the dentist forever. Lastly, if you do the waiver forms ahead of time, that will safe you a few minutes to get in quicker. Rate this adventure 11 out of 10, will definitely do this again. Thanks“
